Flexible visual data analysis

Laboriously generating charts is a thing of the past with our tool! Charts can be displayed, saved and exported to Excel with just a few clicks. Various display variants are possible.

Define actions & trigger processes

Up to 3 actions can be added to each report. Various activities, such as goods bookings or approvals, can be triggered behind an action. Create added business value and save time by freeing yourself from “copy and paste” processes and executing necessary processes directly via the report.

Navigation to other Fiori apps

The app supports intent-based navigation via semantic objects in the SAP Fiori® Launchpad.
The navigation can be used to access other SAP Fiori® applications, web screens or even
GUI transactions (via HTML GUI). Switch quickly between reports and other applications.

Variants

The Rapid Report Generator for SAP Fiori® supports and enables variant management. A report can be available several times with different variants (different settings, different fields, etc.). Use and adapt different variants efficiently to your needs!

Search helps

Picklists are an essential tool when using reports. For example, there are over 30,000 SE11 search helps in an S/4 1909 system. In addition, there are a number of search helps that have been added by SAP® customers over the years. Search helps are defined centrally in the Report Generator and can then be used in every report! The following search help types are currently available:

Totals, subtotals, groups

The Rapid Report Generator for SAP Fiori® offers you various useful commands and functions for fast data evaluation and analysis. This includes various charts and tables, Excel export and generic searches. The tool also offers totals, subtotals, groupings and much more.
